Our team at Renova built a modern client app and support platform for insurance companies. We are on a mission to give everyone using insurance clear, fast and comfortable way to get care when you need it the most.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with previous experience in Customer Success for Saas companies who will serve as the main advocate of our client's needs.
You will be responsible for Growing Usage, ARPA and NRR, Onboarding, Renewals and Cash collection.
Study how clients use our products on data, find growth opportunities, and fix problems early.
Create plans to boost customer engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
Make renewal plans and coordinate with customers before the renewal date.
Identify upsell opportunities to expand the amount of insured connected to
Renova.
Develop a clear plan to grow the number of insureds using Renova with the
client's leadership team.
Assist new clients in adopting Renova successfully, ensuring strong usage.
Train and support client teams.
2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management/Customer Success. Saas would be awesome.
Advanced in Spanish and English. Portuguese or Russian will be a plus.
You did upsell and expanded the number of users within current B2B clients to
grow ARPA and are ready to share your experience in an interview.
