We seek a Spanish-speaking SDR (Sales Development Representative) with a robust lead generation background, particularly in B2B SaaS.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential insurance sector leads using specialized tools.
- Create effective messages to schedule demos for the sales team.
- Analyze and improve your performance by monitoring conversion rates and refining messaging for better results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, with a preference for insurance industry experience.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of building pipelines from scratch, achieving specific demo scheduling conversions, and actively enhancing performance metrics.
- Expertise in leveraging HubSpot tools for effective lead management and data-driven strategy adjustments.
